Beautiful! As Tabor has written, I have not seen that much snow in a long time.
Although I fully understand the damage that the weight of snow can have on these beautiful trees, there are some benefits. Dying and diseased trees make homes for some of those interesting birds who move in to forage for insects that are creating the decay.
I have snow envy! I love these photos! Our winter has been mostly dry and brown. We here in sunny Colorado *need* the moisture badly that this kind of snow brings. Wish you could send it our way :) But thanks for providing such magical photos!

Wow. I have not seen that much snow in a long, long time. It looks awesome and a bit intimidating.
Thanks, Tabor! It is pretty out there, but it is scary too, and many of our trees cannot handle such a weight of snow - there will be breakage.
That is gorgeous. I'm sorry about the trees though.

Happy Equinox!

So, so beautiful! My first day of spring looks much the same.
