When I was in the third grade, I had a very eccentric teacher but she loved art. We took eggshells and cracked them to look like tulips and dyed them bright red, and pasted them to green paper (for the stalks and green leaves.) It was worth having that crazy lady as a teacher just for this one memory alone, I still remember that red. They looked so much like real tulips. Thanks for the memory.
